Over the course of 10 weeks, we’ll focus on:

  • Unlearning Old Habits: Together, we’ll identify and break free from old patterns, rebuilding new habits that align with your body’s chemistry and energy needs.

  • Personalized Goals: We’ll integrate your specific goals into your daily life in a way that feels natural and sustainable—avoiding overwhelm while creating lasting change.

  • Gradual Reset & Reintroduction: We’ll begin with a three-week reset, followed by a slow and mindful reintroduction of foods you’ve eliminated. This way, you can understand how your body reacts to how you nourish it and find what truly works for you.

  • Weekly Check-Ins and Support : Every week, we’ll meet for a 45-minute call to review your progress, celebrate your successes, and adjust your plan as needed to ensure steady growth. 

You will also have access to me via text or email for those moments of needed support or questions that may arise throughout the week.

At the age of two I found a love for food and have been cooking ever since.

My earliest and fondest memory is sitting at my Grandmother’s yellow mother of pearl table in my grandmother’s basement, eating scrambled eggs and fried hot peppers with crusty toasted Italian bread out of a cast iron pan.

Every meal that I prepare is created from the passion and love I was taught from my time in my grandparents kitchen and my days spent in many restaurants learning from chefs.

We will chop, taste and follow a customized recipe, while incorporating the 101 of cooking basics, food truths and myths and learn how the food you eat nourishes your mind and body.

Lessons are offered for - 1:1 learning, educational workshops, staff appreciation and family gatherings.

All lessons are approximately 2.5 hours long and include:

Each private session is intentionally focused on a single culinary skill or technique. By concentrating on one area at a time, we build strength, understanding, and mastery in the process — allowing you to develop real confidence rather than surface-level knowledge.

Whether we’re refining knife skills, exploring spice pairing and flavor layering, mastering a specific cooking method, or strengthening kitchen efficiency, each class is tailored to your goals and experience level. You won’t just learn what to do — you’ll understand why it works.

Together, we break down the art and science of cooking in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and sustainable. This is about learning to think like a chef — understanding balance, texture, timing, and flavor development — so you can create meals with intuition and creativity.
