At the age of two I found a love for food and have been cooking ever since.

My earliest and fondest memory is sitting at my Grandmother’s yellow mother of pearl table in my grandmother’s basement, eating scrambled eggs and fried hot peppers with crusty toasted Italian bread out of a cast iron pan.

Every meal that I prepare is created from the passion and love I was taught from my time in my grandparents kitchen and my days spent in many restaurants learning from chefs.

Cooking Lessons

Let’s Get Cooking!

Whether a child excited to try new things, an adult looking to improve cooking skills or a cooking demo for staff appreciation, there's always something to discover in the kitchen.

Learning to cook is like opening a door to a world of tasty possibilities. It's not just about making food; it's a fun and rewarding journey that everyone can be a part of!

We will chop, taste and follow a customized recipe, while incorporating the 101 of cooking basics, food truths and myths and learn how the food you eat nourishes your mind and body.

Specializing in allergy aware and health forward cuisine!

Lessons are offered for - 1:1 learning, educational workshops, staff appreciation and family gatherings.

All lessons are approximately 2.5 hours long and include:

  • Importance of ingredients : Knowing what it in your food is the easiest way to improve your health. We will review popular grocery items ingredients and breakdown the myths of “health” food.

  • 101 of kitchen skills: We are going to learn how to get comfortable in the kitchen! From proper knife skills to how to make your cutting board not slip on your counter.

  • Enjoy a live cooking demonstrations: Watch and participate Andrea whip up a healthy and delicious recipe you can easily recreate at home.
